Odd hardware on these shoes Apr 07, 2008 I bought these in red and brown patented. The red was hideously ugly and the bronze hardware looked bizarre. The shoe looked terribly out of style. The patent leather brown shoes on the other hand looked far nicer, although the metal rings klink together an make noise unless you adjust the rings just so. Overall kind of odd. They run true to size and are pretty comfortable.
