I have a pair of these boots and I love them so much I hate to see the weather getting warm and dry around here. There was no "wear in time", I wore them all day the first day and had no problems. I read several reviews here and was concerned about the comment on sizing, but I just ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. Also,unlike a review I read, I had no trouble getting them on or off even the first time. I have another pair of El Naturalista clogs and they fit great too, which is something since I have a size 10 and prefer wider fitting. I will say that the boots are snugger than the clogs but not narrow or tight on me. Anyway, I have them on right now and I believe you can order them without fear. I only wish my size was available in the red, because I'd definitely order those too.

Great for traveling and going through security at airports. Relatively easy to get in and out of. The height of the heel is great and the bottom of the shoe makes it easier to walk on unlevel terrain. Pretty rugged and seems to be waterproof. Overall a comfortable boot that I would recommend.

I bought these because I needed a comfortable warm boot for a trip to the hot springs, and they were on sale... the other reviews lured me in with their reports of comfort. These are, indeed, the most comfortable boots I've ever owned, with no break-in period, and after wearing them for a week for everything from hiking in mud and snow to walking to the grocery store, they still look absolutely brand-new, without scuffs or scars. I'm very hard on shoes; I kick rocks and trip over stuff all the time. I kicked a frozen-solid snowbank with these several times, tripped into a stream, and walked on myself, and still they look perfect.
I'll definitely be buying more shoes of this brand. For new buyers, I suggest that you ignore the US sizing and know your EU sizing, because like many European shoe companies they seem to have no idea how to convert to US sizes... 41 EU is 10 US women's, not 11, and when I got the boot it was labeled 8, which must be mens, but they fit fine.

Well, I got this pair in black when they were on sale! So.... I got 2 pairs and also got the 3rd pair for my co-workers when they saw me wearing them. They are cute, comfy and can stand on them for the whole day. I found out they are quite water resistent though not water proof. Cute and chic looking! This is my 5th pair of El Naturalista shoes - I collect all their funky colors: Lime Green, Orange, Yellow, and Purple. Well - unfortunatley all other colors were sold out in this particular pair of boots - so... I got it in BLACK! Surprisingly they look really good with my pants and jeans.
One drawback - you have to buy 1 size bigger. I wear 37.5-38 and I ordered 39. It fits perfectly! My experience with El Naturalista - always buy 1 size bigger (except for clogs).

I absolutely love these boots however, the sizing is wrong. If you wear a size nine you need a 40. size 8 a 39. This sizing is different from normal european sizing. I had to return the boots but I would get another pair as soon as possible.
