I felt that the first pair I bought were somewhat narrow too. I returned them. I couldn't justify the fit and the $249.00 price. Then, I found a pair here for $140.00 and reordered. These fit fine, and I like to wear the cuff down and up. Never regretted the decision. Would like a brown pair.
My favorite boot is Sofft Rochelle. Even with a bad knee, I can wear them all day.

I was very disappointed that my size 9 and Frye's size 9 are not the same. The boots were extremely narrow and overall too small. I had to return them. Buyer beware!
