Love the pattern, hate the shape Mar 07, 2008
I wanted rain boots this spring. In the Pacific Northwest, they definitely come in handy. I spotted the Jeffrey Campbell Tweed Wellies and thought they were super cute. I ordered them, tried them on, and sadly, like many other types of boots, they were too skinny! One would think, with rain boots, you wouldn't have this problem. But because of the higher height and angled shaft, this boot isn't wide enough to accommodate a slightly larger calf.
Even a larger size wouldn't help, because then the foot would be too big. I had to send them back. Thankfully, I had no problems with the return. :)
